Sharon Calhoun has been in the hospitality procurement industry for 44 years. She joined Creo hospitality in 2008 to lead the company as Managing Director. Sharon has worked with major Hospitality Companies, such as: Tarsadia Hotels, MGM Grand, Win Time Hotels, DKN Properties , as well as Major Design Companies. Sharon has established a culture which puts customer value as top priority in the eyes of every Creo employee and supplier. With an extensive direct sourcing network, developed during her career in the hospitality and commercial FF&E industry, Sharon truly provides Creo's clients a full-service approach and competitive philosophy that offers the highest quality products at the best available value.
Jonathan Lopez LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE
Jonathan Lopez brings a diverse wealth of hospitality and managerial experience to the Creo Hospitality team. Beginning his career in New York City, Jonathan spent several years managing high-end residential properties. Jonathan's hospitality experience includes a position as the Purchasing Manager for Morgans Hotel Group. Jonathan spent several years managing FF&E procurement projects for a New York City-based procurement firm serving projects for Kimpton, Hilton, Marriott, Ace Hotel, independent brands and New York residential properties. Jonathan’s hands-on experience managing new construction, renovation and capital improvement projects adds the perfect addition to any project team. As a LEED Green Associate, Jonathan is always conscious of the environmental impact of every project and can also facilitate project LEED certification.
With 15 years of interior design experience, Deanna has experience on numerous large, high-profile hospitality projects. She brings tremendous talent with in-depth ability to execute well conceived interiors of all genres. She displays excellent skills in FF&E design and space planning for guestrooms, public areas, restaurants, and lounges. In addition, Deanna has served in a project management role, overseeing turnkey projects involving interior design, procurement, and construction services. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, CA.
Amit Patel is a driving force in the purchasing department; with over 5 years of residential and hospitality experience, he is focused on delivering a quality product to a satisfied customer every time. Amit is meticulous and detail oriented which provides the client with comprehensive reporting in all areas of their project. From logistics to final installation, Amit’s dedication and focus on his client’s needs are his biggest priority. Amit has a vast network of vendors that he can call on to achieve the client’s goals and because of his strong connections he is able to get the best pricing and quality product available. Because Amit is client-driven, he is well respected in the industry. Amit is committed to getting the job done right, on time and in budget every time.
Amy brings 7 years of experience in furniture manufacturing and design to Creo. She ensures shop-drawings are acceptable for owner approval and projects are organized for client communication while the project is in the procurement stage, final stage of delivery and completion. Her reporting skills are exceptional and help to bring jobs to a smooth close in a timely manner. Her working relationships with manufacturers result in the best quality and price for each project.
Jon Tillotson MA, LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE
Jon Tillotson brings diverse brand experience to Creo Hospitality, having worked with the same hotel development team at Extended Stay America and OTO Development, LLC on multiple brands and flags. Jon has been involved in hotel projects in markets across the US from the design phase through to installation, hotel opening, operations, and sales. He has been responsible for procurement of FF&E and OS&E for brands under Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and Starwood brands. He brings myriad contacts and vendor relationships to Creo’s team as well as a relentless drive for innovation, high quality, attention to detail, and cost-savings. Jon has lived and worked in Germany, the UK, and South Africa. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa.
Jessica is critical in the purchasing process for all of our projects. Her past experience managing residential and commercial construction projects has equipped her with a strong foundation in project management and design & procurement experience from an owner’s perspective. Jessica has been with Creo since 2012 and intimately knows brand design & standards for Hilton, Marriott and Starwood brands. Her past experience working on luxury projects is vital and rounds out the experience of our team.
Kandice Labriola MA
Organized and efficient, Kandice ensures that all purchasing efforts are executed in a coordinated manner. Her diverse background integrates a 10-year history of finance, hospitality, accounting principles, software integration, and data analysis. Kandice’s career began and continues in New York. Possessing multiple degrees as a St. John’s University Alumni, her additional MA in English contributes to accelerated and effective communication between clients, vendors, and staff. Focused on following and maintaining order, Kandice continuously aims to provide our clients a transparent understanding of our procurement processes from project start to finish
NestorUrita CPA, Controller
Nestor has extensive knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting systems, and has been responsible for multi-fund budgets. Nestor has experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, resource allocation, fund management, accounting and control. Administrative expense reductions have resulted in an increase in savings, while improving overall staff morale and client confidence. Nestor and his team are focused on developing financial and planning tools that our project managers can use to help meet client's budget and schedule requirements.
