Sharon Calhoun, Managing Director

As Managing Director, Sharon Calhoun is responsible for leading Creo Hospitality. Prior to joining the company in 2008, she amassed 38 years experience serving the hospitality procurement and commercial FF&E industries. In her current role, Sharon is responsible for cultivating our culture, which focuses on superior client service. She puts a strategic emphasis on client value within the company and with each of our suppliers. Under her direction, the Creo Hospitality team provides our clients with a full-service approach and competitive philosophy that offers the highest quality products at the best available value.


Jonathan Lopez, LEED GA, Project Manager

Jonathan Lopez brings a diverse wealth of hospitality and managerial experience to the Creo Hospitality team. Beginning his career as a New York City residential property manager, Jonathan spent several years managing high-end residential properties.  Jonathan's hospitality experience includes a position as the Purchasing Manager for Morgans Hotel Group. And most recently, Jonathan spent several years managing FF&E procurement projects for a New York City-based procurement firm serving projects for Kimpton, Hilton, Marriott, Ace Hotel, independent brands and New York residential properties.

Jonathan’s hands-on experience managing new construction, renovation and capital improvement projects adds the perfect addition to any project team.  As a LEED Green Associate, Jonathan is always conscious of the environmental impact of every project and can also facilitate project LEED certification.



Rick Aplers, Investor

A true hospitality veteran, Rick Aplers joins the Creo Hospitality team as an investor after a lifetime career in hospitality development with companies such as Taisei and Sundt Construction. Rick brings a unique owners' perspective to the company, having been on the client side of the FF&E industry throughout most of his career, and he leverages his more than 30 years of experience and familiarity with all major brands and designs.



Julie Miller, Purchasing Agent

Julie Miller brings to the Creo Hospitality team more than 10 years of experience in hospitality procurement. Julie has extensive expertise in price negotiations, logistics, expediting and sourcing. Throughout her career, Julie has carefully cultivated relationships with vendors to ensure all items are delivered in a timely manner on each of her projects. She prioritizes client communication throughout the process, providing reports that detail everything from shipments and deliveries to any other data points clients require.


Kimberly Riley, ASID, Senior Designer

For the past 15 years, Kimberly Riley has meticulously developed her design expertise. Today, she helps the Creo Hospitality team express how truly creative we can be. Kimberly's expertise resides in space relations, color palette and FF&E planning for any project—from lobby to guestroom to restaurant. She can design to any client budget and ensure that whatever is designed has the appeal to make the hotel unique within its competitive set.


Jocelyn Merken, Jr. Designer

Jocelyn Merken has been a creative force in the hospitality industry for more than six years. As an expert on color presentation, Jocelyn brings wonderful visions for color and space to every project. Her primary role at Creo Hospitality is to assist the designers in sourcing and pricing, in order to provide the most impactful design within budget.
